Yes, the person with the panda hat on is a cast member. He's sported this hat a couple of times outside. Not really sure why, besides to get attention ... which would be the whole reason to try to get on the show in the first place.

Oh my gosh. He was wearing that hat at Ultrabar the night they were there last week! Hahaha I went up to him and rubbed the nose of the panda hat b/c it was so adorable.
He laughed. He was cute from what I remember. I didn't know it was a Real Worlder until I read this post :)
