The First Fight?

And the first fight on my sidewalk occurred at 3 AM today. Wasn't actually between castmates, but rather onlookers outside of the house. Lasted about 30 minutes and caused enough of a ruckus to have the cast come outside and watch.

One woman beat another woman senseless on the ground for a full ten minutes as their friends said "let them fight!"

Best part had to be the security folks doing NOTHING and watching two girls go at it. Didn't do anything. Didn't try to break it up. Didn't call the cops. Did absolutely nothing. I guess they can't do anything because they're Park Police, right? Cars pulling up and shouting. Dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria!

Can't wait for 4 more months of this!

It's actually still going on as I write this.

I hope you called the police. The Real World Security only cares about the cast.

+1 for the Ghostbusters quote. Well played, Berg. Well played, indeed.

the security couldn't anything about it. i've worked security for private businesses and you can't get involved in things outside of the property you are working on.

not only is it a liability, but then you are also leaving whatever it is you are supposed to be doing. obviously if it was a severe enough situation common decency would urge you to step in... but it doesn't sound like this was the case.

Berg,

I am so tired of you and your friends bitching abt TRL! I mean, so what if you lose some parking spaces, or get annoyed at a local bar, or some chick gets pummeled in front of your house at three am!

actually, it's at least the second fight... the night before around 2:30, I woke up to find a fistfight going on in the intersection outside the house... from the statement they would eventually give to the cops (in very much an outside voice), three guys were there specifically to check out the RW house when some other guy just walked up and started throwing punches... made me wonder if the "local color" is going to start targeting RW gawkers...

I saw the big fight last night too, but I didn't get the impression that it was related to our new neighbors... but the one thursday night definitely was a byproduct of the attraction...

So, you watched a woman get beaten senseless for a full ten minutes and instead of calling the police you took pictures and blogged about it?

Mazzie I did call the cops

Berg - in that case, I will call off the feminist underground militia ... this time. :)
